I’m talking technically, not lyrically, really. I think her lyrics are generally ehhhh. But her flow? And the way she uses her voice? Whether you actually like the cutesy voices or not, her ability to move from a raspy, grainy, guttural delivery to a Minnie Mouse in the span of two lines, all while staying precisely on beat, and rhyming four or five syllables a bar, is pretty remarkable to me. There’s definitely some studio wizardry that goes on, but everyone else has that, too, and no one does it that well. | • • • low end theory
