UC Police in riot gear stood with rifles pointed at students protesting budget cuts, privatization, and an impending 32% fee hike (among other things) outside of the UC Regents meeting, which took place on the UCLA campus today.  UC Police arrested eight fourteen protesters earlier in the day.
